I am a first year PhD student in Informatics at the University of Pisa.
I obtained my Master Degree in Applied Mathematics at the University of Siena in October 2019, defending a
thesis with title “Network analysis for the integration of histone modification data to explain haematopoiesis”.
My research interests are focused in Bioinformatics, with particular attention to the application of graph
theory and network analysis techniques to biological data.
