Short Bio
I received my Ph.D. degree in Smart Computing from the University of Florence in 2022, with a thesis titled “Graph Neural Networks for Molecular Data”, where I mainly worked on Graph Neural Networks and their applications to bioinformatics. I obtained my Master’s Degree with Honors in Computer and Automation Engineering from the University of Siena, with a thesis on “Glycine-induced formation and druggability evaluation of protein surface pockets: A machine learning approach”. Currently, I am a Post Doctoral Student/Researcher in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Pisa. The main topic of my research is Deep Learning on Structured Data, with a focus on Graph Generation and its applications in Bioinformatics.
