Short Bio

I am currently pursuing a PhD in informatics at the University of Pisa with a particular interest in applications of algebraic topology to graph-based machine learning models.

I obtained my MSc in applied mathematics (cum laude) at the University of Siena in October of 2023, where I successfully defended my thesis entitled “The Tutte-Whitney Polynomial for Topologically Informed Graph Neural Networks”. I also hold a MPhys degree in Theoretical Physics from the University of Edinburgh, where I specialized in high-energy collider physics.
