Short Bio

Rodrigo completed a bachelor’s degree in physics in 2021. After that, he worked as an applied scientist at Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research, focusing on artificial intelligence applied to computer vision. He then pursued a master’s in machine learning at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and conducted part of the master’s at RWTH Aachen University and ETH Zurich, where he did his master’s thesis in remote photoplethysmography (rPPG).
When he is not in the lab, he finds joy in activities such as playing tennis, football, bouldering, and immersing in nature whenever he’s not in the lab.
